By accessing and using IronLog ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

IronLog is a workout tracking application designed to help users log and track their resistance training workouts. The App provides features including but not limited to:

  • Workout logging and tracking
  • Exercise library management
  • Routine creation and management
  • Progress tracking and analytics
  • Data synchronization (when available)

3. User Accounts

You may use IronLog with or without creating an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Data and Privacy

Your workout data is stored locally on your device. When you choose to sync your data:

  • You retain ownership of all data you create
  • We do not sell or share your personal workout data with third parties
  • Data synchronization is optional and can be disabled at any time
  • You can export your data at any time

5. Offline-First Architecture

IronLog is designed to work offline. The App stores your data locally on your device. You are responsible for:

  • Backing up your data regularly
  • Maintaining the security of your device
  • Understanding that data loss may occur if your device is lost, damaged, or reset

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use IronLog to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

7. Health and Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: IronLog is a tracking tool only. It does not provide medical, fitness, or health advice. Before beginning any exercise program:

  • Consult with a healthcare provider or qualified fitness professional
  • Use proper form and technique for all exercises
  • Start with appropriate weights and progress gradually
  • Stop exercising if you experience pain or discomfort

You acknowledge that exercise involves inherent risks of injury. You agree to use IronLog at your own risk and release IronLog and its developers from any liability related to injuries or health issues that may arise from your use of the App or following any workout routines.

8. Intellectual Property

The IronLog App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the App's branding or trademarks without authorization

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. The App may be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical issues
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Since IronLog works offline, core functionality remains available even when online services are unavailable.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to IronLog at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronLog and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
